Welcome to the Giovannelli Lab laboratory protocols wiki! You'll find here a growing list of the wet bench, fieldwork and in silico protocols, we use in the Giovannelli Lab at the University of Naples Federico II. You can find more information about our laboratory at the lab website dgiovannelli.github.io.

Latest version of the protocols

The wiki gets periodically updated, however, the latest version of each protocol can be found in the main GitHub repository associated with this wiki. We also make regular releases of our entire protocol folder. You can find the latest release on the release page of the repo and following the DOI badge at the top.

Supporting our publications

We make a point of making a release of the laboratory protocols each time new protocols are added or major changes to a protocol are made. When we finally publish our work, we refer to the specific release of the protocols used for that work. This is an effort to increase reproducibility in science.

Disclaimer

The protocols found on this repository and wiki are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is your responsibility to check that the protocol works as expected for the intended use.

Licence

The protocols are released under a Creative Common CC0 1.0 Universal (CC0 1.0) Public Domain Dedication. You do not need to link back to us or give credit in any way if you use our protocols, but of course, citing the DOI of the Giovannelli Lab Protocols release or the relevant paper where you have found the protocol is greatly appreciated!

Credits
